Contracts/Bids Administrator

8:00am-5:00pm

Express is looking for two reliable customer service representatives for one of our great Ball Ground clients. The role will include:

• Follow up on bids submitted to general contractors and building owners
• Follow up on submitted bids and proposals for commercial window film projects
• (solar, decorative, safety/security, etc.
• Contact general contractors, subcontractors, property managers, and building owners via phone and email
• Track all bid activity and updates in CRM or internal tracking systems
• Provide regular updates to leadership and estimating team on bid status and potential
• opportunities
• Assist in sending updated proposals, product data, samples, or supporting documentation
• Maintain an organized pipeline of open bids and follow-up schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus some college preferred
• 1-2 years experience or a combination of education and experience in a related field
• Fluency in both written and verbal English
• B2B BACKGROUND PREFERRED
