Paver Operator – Concrete/ Asphalt Laying Construction Support

Located in tigard, OR

The Paver Operator will operate paving machinery used in laying asphalt and concrete for roadways, parking lots, and construction projects. This role requires steady coordination, awareness of jobsite surroundings, and the ability to work effectively with a paving crew. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and adjusting equipment for smooth, consistent surface results.

Job Duties

• Operate asphalt and concrete paving machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor material flow, depth, and alignment during paving operations.
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and adjustments.
• Communicate with crew members to ensure smooth and coordinated workflow.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to identify maintenance needs.
• Work around rollers, dump trucks, and other site machinery.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all construction safety procedures.
• Assist with general labor tasks when needed.
