Junior Recruiter - ($20.00 / hour)

Our client, a staffing company focused on helping individuals with disabilities, is seeking an individual to work as a Recruiting Assistant.  All work is outbound calling, and individuals with a customer service or call center background are encouraged to apply.

What you will do:

• Make outbound calls to candidates with a behavioral health background.
• Set them up for an interview.
•  Heavy use of the phone daily

What we look for in a candidate:

• Detail-oriented and organized with great communication skills (on phone and in person). 
• Strong work ethic and understanding of handling confidential matters
• Microsoft Office and helpful
• Recruiting experience required
