The CNC Router Helper assists the CNC Router Operator in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routing machines. This position supports the production of precision parts and components by preparing materials, monitoring machine operation, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Assist CNC Router Operator in setting up machines for daily production.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Secure workpieces and ensure proper alignment on the router table.
Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality.
Remove cut parts and clean off excess material.
Perform basic measurements and quality checks using tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges.
Report any mechanical issues or production discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Help with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as instructed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Ability to read and understand blueprints or shop drawings (a plus).
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a woodworking, metalworking, or CNC environment is a plus but not required.
