Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking Concrete Core Technicians to join a reputable team in the construction industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals with general construction experience who are eager to learn a specialized trade.

As a Concrete Core Tech, you’ll be trained to operate a core drilling machine, cutting precise holes in concrete for structural repairs and installations. No prior experience in concrete coring is necessary – we’ll provide the training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and operate concrete core drilling machines

• Cut holes in concrete surfaces for repair or utility access

• Assist with job site preparation, cleanup, and safety protocols

• Work closely with experienced team members to complete tasks efficiently

• Follow safety standards and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Construction site experience required (tools, equipment, job site familiarity)

• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen

• Must possess or be able to obtain a Real ID

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions

• Must have a Valid Drivers License
