Service Administrator Requirements

 

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative tasks.

 

Key Requirements:

• Professional Communication Skills:
• Must be pleasant and courteous on the phone.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, technicians, and internal staff.
• Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Typing & Technology Skills:
• Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and online communication.
• Customer & Technician Support:
• Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, customers, and technicians.
• Provide support to technicians in coordinating service calls, parts, and documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and scheduling.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist the Service Manager with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Prepare reports and data entry as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a service or technical environment is a plus.
