Job Overview:

Join our team as Insulation Installers. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. You’ll work on a team of 2–6 people installing fiberglass batt insulation in new residential and light commercial construction. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position with consistent year-round work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and transport insulation materials and equipment to job sites

• Prep work areas: can-foam gaps, staple insulation, install attic venting

• Install fiberglass batt insulation and vapor barriers

• Clean up sites, dispose of waste, and load out gear

• Maintain tools, trucks, and shop spaces

• Occasionally coordinate with clients and project managers on site

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Meet daily at the Four Corners shop

• Paid travel to and from job sites

• Projects primarily in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Big Sky

• Occasional work in other southwest Montana areas

Requirements:

• Clean driver’s license (required – you may drive company vehicles)

• Ability to perform physical labor and use hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Team player with a professional attitude
