Job Title: Screen Printer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Screen Printer to join our production team. The Screen Printer will be responsible for setting up and operating screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on garments, signs, and other materials according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up screens for printing, including coating, exposing, and aligning screens.

• Mix inks to match desired colors and ensure proper ink consistency.

• Operate automatic or manual screen printing presses.

• Load and unload garments or substrates on printing press.

• Monitor production runs for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Clean and maintain screens, tools, and printing equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

• Work closely with design and production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in screen printing preferred but not required (training available).

• Good eye for color, detail, and alignment.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

Working Conditions:

• Production/warehouse environment.

• May require overtime and weekend work during peak seasons.
