Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Cup Forming Machine to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an operator and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to start production cycles
• Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed and temperature
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
• Test machine operation periodically to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the shift
• Check output for any machine-related defects or flaws
• Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products
• Keep accurate activity logs of machine operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
