Member Service RepresentativeLocation: Cary , NCJob Type: Full-Time - On-site
Our team is partnered with a local bank for a Member Service Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for their valued members. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to assist with everyday banking needs, resolve account inquiries, and promote financial products that best serve our community.
Responsibilities:
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
Resolve issues related to transactions, cards, or online banking access
Educate members on financial products, services, and digital tools
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with banking regulations
Qualifications:
1+ year of banking experience is required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with computers and digital banking platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
