Position Title: Order Selector
Shift: Varies 1st shift 9am-5pm
Pay: $0.15 per case (incentive-based) - average about $20-25/hour

Job Summary:
The Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products in the warehouse to fulfill store orders. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment (electric pallet jack), maintaining safety standards, and meeting productivity goals.

Order Selector Key Responsibilities:
Use a headset system (voice pick) to receive and complete store orders.

Operate electric pallet jack (rider) to move products through the warehouse.

Select correct products in the proper quantities and stack them securely on pallets.

Wrap completed pallets and deliver them to the designated staging area.

Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace to meet performance targets.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report any issues.

Order Selector Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or order selecting experience preferred.

Experience with electric pallet jacks is a must.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold/dry environment).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
