Job Duties

  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed
  • Maintain accurate paper-based and digital filing systems
  • Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed
  • Prepare the office each day, including basic tasks such as making coffee and ensuring equipment is ready
  • Keep the front desk and common areas organized and presentable
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record accuracy
