Job Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Estimator and Estimator in every aspect of the job, including pre-bid, estimating, and post award stages.  

Major Responsibilities    

• Creation of all new projects within the companies’ data base and within the bid workbook spreadsheet.
• Follow up with bidding sub-contractor by phone as required.
• Maintaining and organizing project bid plans.
• Contact and collect information from Landlord’s and Mall Management.
• Must have phone etiquette and ability to make several calls with urgency per day.
• Must be able to work in fast pace environment.
• Retail experience a plus!
