Journeyman Electrician

Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Journeyman Electrician to join a manufacturing company in Omaha, NE. 

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 7am-3:30pm M-F
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: Up to $40/hour 

Job Duties:
•    Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
•    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
•    Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
•    Diagnose electrical problems using testing device
•    Lead or assist apprentices and coordinate with other trades on job sites
•    Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
•    Accurately complete job-related paperwork and reports
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•    Current and valid Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific)
•    4+ years of electrical experience preferred
•    Strong knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes
•    Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues efficiently
•    Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, or in tight spaces
•    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
