Salary: $18-20 Per Hour DOE

Full Time Position- Must be available to work some weekends

 

We are seeking a professional, customer-service oriented individual to join our team as Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting prospective residents, providing tours of available apartment homes, explaining lease terms and community policies, and closing leases. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome prospective residents and qualify leads
• Conduct community tours, highlight amenities and model units
• Answer questions and address concerns about floorplans, amenities, lease terms, rent rates, and application processes
• Process rental applications, run credit checks, and collect application fees
• Prepare and execute lease paperwork and move-in procedures
• Maintain prospect database and document all interactions
• Participate in team meetings and training as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ years as a leasing agent is Preferred.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Weekend availability is required
• Knowledge of property management software
