Job Overview 
A highly skilled Lead Class A Technician capable of independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicles, often with minimal supervision. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as the ability to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Assemble and disassemble components as necessary for repairs.
• Supervise other mechanics
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience engine repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with tractor-trailer maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to transmit technical information clearly to team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
