Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift | $18.75/Hour | Springfield, OH

11pm-7am | Full-Time Overnight | Forklift Experience Preferred

Schedule & Pay:

• $18.75/hour
• 11:00pm - 7:00am Monday-Friday
• Full-time overnight position

What You'll Do:

• Verify incoming materials and identify discrepancies
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock records
• Prepare outbound shipments per customer orders
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment
• Rearrange materials to optimize warehouse space

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Overhead crane experience a plus

Physical Demands:

• 95% active workday with lifting, pushing, pulling
• Climbing stairs and ladders
• Safe equipment operation
