We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy Inventory Control / Receiving Specialist to support our Receiving Dock and Materials Management operations. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory processes along with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other data systems.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Support daily receiving operations and ensure accurate documentation of inbound materials

Maintain and track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy in inventory systems

Access and analyze data across multiple platforms to support production and materials planning

Generate and distribute reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Collaborate with receiving, production, and inventory teams to streamline material flow

✅ Qualifications:
Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Ability to navigate and utilize ERP and inventory management systems

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

Previous experience in inventory control, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

💲 Compensation:
Starting at $20+/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
