Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload delivery trucks and freight shipments
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Prepare shipping and packing documentation
• Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and forklifts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new products and warehouse procedures
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Equipment Used:

• Pallet jacks
• Carts and dollies
• Forklifts
• Shipping and receiving equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable lifting heavier products, including toilets and plumbing supplies
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to navigate stairs when required

• Driver's License preferred
