Warehouse Associate

Located in Walled Lake, MI

Salary: $17 per hour

Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Drivers License. Proper usage of equipment including but not limited to carts, dollies, pallet jack or forklift, and  Hi-lo (forklift) operation required – willing to train if candidates are open to learning. Box truck experience is a plus – incentivized to act as backup driver (though not immediately).

Qualifications:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Go up and down stairs
• Existing mechanical knowledge or past experience
• Customer Service Skills
• Prior experience with shipping freight and small pack orders helpful
• Shipping and receiving of orders, sorting and processing shipments, loading and unloading deliveries
• Process incoming fright trucks in a timely manner
• Complete picking and staging outbound shipments
• Prepare packing and shipping documents
• Ensure a high-quality output through the accuracy of processes, tasks and work product
• Maintaining a safe work environment by completing organization and housekeeping of the warehouse

Scheduling:  Monday - Friday 08:30am - 05:00pm
