A leading metal stamping manufacturer is seeking dependable Press Operators to join its production team. This is a fast-paced manufacturing position that plays a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient production operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect stamped metal parts for quality and identify defects
• Stack, organize, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area around press equipment
• Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures
• Support press department operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate part handling
• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to workplace housekeeping
• Reliable attendance and positive team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
