Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Tualatin, OR
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, optional OT on Fridays and Saturdays
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour.

Our client is a trusted leader in manufacturing innovative HVAC solutions, committed to quality, safety, and excellence. They are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented powder coater.

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating finishes to metal products using spray guns and other equipment. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet high standards of durability and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment in a spray booth
• Monitor curing ovens and ensure proper temperature and timing
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
