We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Vars, ON, for a 3-month contract (June 23rd - September 19th) with the potential for extension!

Required skills and qualifications: 

• A background in delivering exceptional service to clients and customers
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience working with the public a requirement
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• A well-rounded administrative skill set, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues
• The capacity to manage tasks and complete them with minimal supervision
• A reliable vehicle or transportation method, as public transportation is not readily available
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is considered a valuable asset

Duties may include, but are not limited to: 

• Respond to incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
• Accurately enter and update data into the system, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail
• Scan and organize documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Cross-reference Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Conduct thorough image audits to verify vehicle matches, ensuring quality and precision
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

The wage for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (1hr lunch)
