Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. This is an entry-level to advanced-level opportunity with room for growth. Prior machining experience is preferred but not required.

As a Gambini Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
• Perform quality control checks on products
• Conduct machine changeovers and setups
• Handle logging saws, embossing, perforation, core winding, and gluing
• Prepare new rolls and manage line layouts
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and reduce waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Experience in a production-based environment
• Familiarity with quality control processes
