We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position provides overall warehouse support, with a strong focus on Cable Processing tasks. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Perform cable measuring, cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and bundling according to specifications.
Maintain inventory accuracy for all cable-related materials.
Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading trucks.
Organize and maintain warehouse areas, ensuring clean and safe workspaces.
Operate hand tools and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cable cutters, etc.) safely and effectively.
Accurately complete required documentation and labels for cable and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in cable processing or a warehouse setting strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
