A growing sustainable materials company is hiring a Customer Service & Documentation Manager to lead order processing and support global customer communication. This role manages documentation workflows, ensures accuracy, and works closely with ERP systems and internal teams.
Must have ERP experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong organizational and communication skills required.
