Receptionist – Insurance Company (Ocala, FL)

 

Hourly Pay: $16.00 - $17.50
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:30AM – 5:00PM / Friday: 8:30AM – 4:00PM

 

Are you a friendly and organized professional with strong communication skills? We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our insurance company and provide top-notch service to clients.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with payments, policy changes, mortgagee requests, and more
• Route calls to agents as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong phone etiquette and multitasking ability
• Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
• Must pass a drug test and background check
