Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• File and process high volumes of paperwork using various software programs
• Perform data entry and provide overall administrative support

Skills Required

• Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting platforms
• Skilled in MS Office and Google Suite

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finance or Accounting
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Prefer experience in commercial accounting and accounts payable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, and use fingers and eyes for long periods
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Proficient with computers, printers, phone systems, copiers, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite, QuickBooks, and ability to learn new programs/applications quickly
