Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Airline Reservation Agent proficient in Apollo GDS to join dynamic team at corporate office in La Crescenta, California. This is an in-office position with excellent benefits, growth potential, and a supportive team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Book domestic and international airline, hotel and car rental reservations using Apollo GDS.
• Handle exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and fare rules.
• Work closely with travel agents and suppliers to ensure smooth booking processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes, airline schedules, and travel advisories.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Apollo GDS (3 years other GDS).
• Strong knowledge of fare construction and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
