We are seeking driven and personable Loss Mitigation/Restoration Claims Adjusters to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in need of property restoration services due to water, fire, mold, or storm damage. You’ll serve as the face of our company, educating potential customers, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to job completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and insurance markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and homeowners
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage and explain restoration services and solutions
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity using CRM software
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote services
  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurance processes, and local market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
  • IICRC certification or familiarity with restoration industry standards
  • Established network in the property management, real estate, or insurance sectors
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
