What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, handling benefits-related questions and issues
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve enrollment, claims, and billing concerns
• Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and spreadsheets in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Support client renewals, onboarding, and benefit plan implementation

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits, ideally within a brokerage or consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of health & welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skill
