A leading malt distillery in Idaho Falls is seeking a skilled and reliable Operator to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a growing industry where precision, consistency, and computer skills matter.

Position: Malt Distillery Operator
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (some flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor malting and distillation equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate batch records and input production data using computer systems
• Follow recipes, timing protocols, and sanitation procedures with attention to detail
• Perform routine quality checks and adjustments as needed
• Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment regularly
• Work as part of a small production team in a clean, controlled environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, brewing, food processing, or related field required
• Computer proficiency is a must – familiarity with production software or data entry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work around grain, yeast, and other processing materials
• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn
