Production Worker - Custom Millwork Shop

Direct Hire Position | $15–$18+/Hour Based on Experience | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Springfield, OH

We're a growing custom millwork shop specializing in high-quality woodwork, from detailed moldings to custom cabinetry. Our team combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to create exceptional products for our clients. We're seeking a reliable production worker to join our shop floor team.

Primary Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will include assembling shelves and specialty cabinets, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. You'll work alongside experienced craftsmen and receive hands-on training in proper techniques, measurements, and shop practices.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience with hand tools is beneficial but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate good aptitude and reliability. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. We'll provide training on measurements, shop math, and proper assembly techniques for candidates eager to learn the trade.

Compensation & Schedule

Entry-level trainees start at $15/hour ($825/week before taxes for 50-hour weeks). Pay increases based on demonstrated skill, mathematical ability, attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and work history. Candidates with relevant experience or those who quickly develop competency can earn significantly more.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 50 hours weekly including overtime pay.
