Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking mechanically inclined and dependable candidates for a Machine Set-Up/Operator opening in Scandia, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19–$22
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Scandia, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
• Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Accurately complete production and inspection documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• No background check or drug screen required
