A growing company in Bridgeport is looking for an experienced Dock Lead to oversee day-to-day dock operations. This full-time position plays a critical role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency on the dock.

Position Overview:

• Location: Bridgeport, WV

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Starting Pay: Based on experience

• Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks

• Coordinate daily dock activities and assign tasks to team members

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy

• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

• Train and support dock workers as needed

• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and production departments to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dock or warehouse leadership role

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead a team and enforce safety and operational procedures

• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment

• Forklift experience is a plus
