Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Pelzer, SC. If you have welding experience, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components
Weld, cut, grind, and clean finished parts
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Complete minor machine maintenance as needed
Work with team members to complete projects safely and on schedule

Schedule

🗓️ Monday – Thursday
🕕 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Enjoy every Friday off!

Qualifications

Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG experience is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working with various types of metal
Knowledge of standard and metric measurements
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Steel-toe boots required
Drug screen required
