Machine Operator - Production

Located in tigard, OR

Salary: $20-22/HR

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and make an impact? We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team on the swing shift.

In this role, you’ll operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and help keep the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in quality work, and can stay focused in a fast-paced production environment.

Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

• Monitor equipment for proper operation and ensure products meet quality standards.

• Load raw materials and unload finished products as needed.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments or repairs.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Accurately record production information and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Assist with routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.

• Follow established procedures to maintain consistent production and product quality.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to workplace safety.

• Mechanical aptitude or basic troubleshooting experience is a plus.
