Job Duties:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Monitor machines for proper functioning and product quality
• Load materials and unload finished products as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
