Job Summary

As part of the Wiring team, you'll be installing wire in complex medium voltage electrical systems. Working with a variety of engineering and manufacturing documents (such as wiring schematics and diagrams, assembly drawings and instructions, and bills of materials), you'll cut, strip, crimp, and wire various AWG gauges. This role requires previous experience with wiring electrical components and systems, as well as the ability to stand/walk/move for the entire shift.

Schedule

2nd Shift Schedule

Monday to Thursday

• 3:45pm-2:15am

Pay

• $23.00-$25.33/hour, based on experience
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

Location and Work Environment

• Dayton, MN facility - Medium voltage wiring
• Clean working environment
• Option to wear one earbud on the production floor

Responsibilities and Duties

• Use various engineering and manufacturing documents (bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics, and wiring diagrams)
• Wire various control panel products in an organized manner
• Install electrical components
• Cut, strip, crimp, and wire various AWG gauges

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience wiring electrical components and systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to read engineering and manufacturing documents (bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics, and wiring diagrams)
• Proficient dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. regularly
• High school diploma OR equivalent (required)
• Pre-employment background check (required)
