SMT Operator
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to set up and operate Surface Mount Pick/Place machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SMT assembly and a solid understanding of electronic systems and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate SMT equipment, including Pick/Place machines
Operate Dek Screen Printer and Reflow Oven
Load components and apply solder paste as needed
Adjust and monitor machines according to job specifications
Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain quality and efficiency throughout the SMT process
Qualifications:
1–2 years of SMT assembly experience
IPC-A-610 Certification required
Strong knowledge of electronics and electronic systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with ESD procedures and solder paste application
Ability to recognize electronic components and follow technical documentation
Proficient with computers and machine interfaces
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
Must be able to read and comprehend English
