• Load molding materials into presses following written instructions

• Start machines, monitor operations, and log production data

• Inspect finished parts for quality and note potential defects

• Prep molded components for paint/finishing (de-flashing, detailing)

• Use hand or power tools safely and effectively

• Report equipment issues or defects immediately

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Manufacturing or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
