Your superpowers include answering phones, greeting visitors with a smile, scheduling appointments, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you're organized, personable, and ready to keep our office vibe as friendly as possible, we want you on our team!

 

What You'll Do:

• Greet and direct visitors like a pro.
• Answer calls and take messages with a positive attitude.
• Manage appointments and schedules with your organizational skills.
• Keep the front desk area neat and welcoming.
• Help out with admin tasks when needed.

Pays $19/Hr. Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
