Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4:30 PM
Hybrid work option: Work from home one day a week

Act as the primary customer service representative, handling inquiries via phone and email
Set up and manage customer accounts, verifying details, pricing, and product information
Manage orders, provide updates, and address concerns, including large accounts
Schedule and conduct customer training on product offerings across various platforms
Provide proactive customer outreach to encourage product use and offer additional support
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Conduct quality assurance tasks, including testing, inspections, audits, and reporting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Background in customer relations, account management, or sales
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Comfortable with computer literacy and office equipment
Professional and diplomatic approach to customer interactions
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service or sales experience
