Duties:

• Manage High Incoming Call Volume with positive, energetic attitude 
• Provide Excellent customer service while generating sales leads 
• Data Entry, Scheduling, Dispatching, and various admin tasks 

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
