We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Perform data entry, manage emails, and maintain electronic and paper files
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks (if applicable)
Support HR, accounting, or operations departments as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
