Schedule: Monday–Friday |6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We’re seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Industrial Equipment Technician to join a growing team in Donora, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyor system, fabrication, or maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble conveyor systems by lifting, aligning, and bolting components to structural frames
• Measure and assist with structural steel assemblies for proper fit and alignment
• Pull, stage, band, and package materials for shipment and distribution
• Safely operate hand tools and small power tools in an industrial setting
• Troubleshoot conveyor system issues and perform repairs as needed
• Replace worn or damaged mechanical components
• Support installation and upgrades of conveyor systems and equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience with conveyor systems, maintenance, or industrial assembly preferred
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
• Must wear steel-toe boots on job site
