Food Packer and Production

Salary: $18.00-20/hr

Express Employment Brighton/Howell is assisting a premier popcorn and pretzel manufacturer located in Brighton MI for several Food Packers / Production workers to join their team on 1st & 2nd shift. This is in a warehouse setting, working as a team, and must be comfortable to work around food smells/oils.

THIS IS NOT A BUS LINE POSITION. Requires own transportation.

Pay rate: -$18-20/hr (based on shift)

1st shift  4:30a or 5am - 3pm Monday to Friday with Saturday Overtime
2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm or 1:30am Monday to Friday with Saturday Overtime.  Training schedule is 1st shift hours: 4:30am - 3pm

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Production workers must have attention to detail and be proficient with math and reading comprehension (needed to following recipe instructions).
• Good communication skills to work in a team environment.
• Longevity and consistency in previous work history. Physical demands of position require standing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment is a must!
• Reliable Transportation
