What You’ll Do

• Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep
• Support move-in and move-out inspections and repairs
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks
• Use hand tools safely and effectively
• Paint units and touch up surfaces as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to perform physical labor and outdoor work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred
