Sales & Business Development:

• Prospect and build strong relationships with business owners and hiring managers

• Make sales calls, conduct client visits, and uncover staffing needs

• Present Express services with energy, credibility, and strategy

• Negotiate pricing and close deals that deliver value

Recruiting & Talent Matching:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, skilled trades, and office support roles

• Match top talent with top companies using intuition, tools, and hustle

• Manage the full placement cycle from first contact to first day on the job

Relationship Management:

• Follow up with clients and associates to ensure satisfaction

• Solve problems quickly and creatively

• Be the go-to person that both businesses and job seekers trust

We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (staffing, B2B, or service industry preferred)

• Recruiting or staffing experience is a huge plus—but not required if you’re coachable and driven

• A natural closer who’s also an amazing listener and connector

• Goal-oriented with a record of smashing targets and taking names

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and competitive office

• Excellent communicator—on the phone, over email, and in person
