Position Summary:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the safe handling, movement, and storage of heavy equipment and machinery parts. This role requires a skilled professional with a valid counterbalance forklift license and a solid track record of working in heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and move heavy machinery and equipment.

• Ensure safe handling and placement of large, bulky, or irregularly shaped items.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing materials in the warehouse or yard.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Adhere strictly to workplace safety policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and maintenance teams to streamline operations.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and equipment handling.

• Support general labor tasks and site cleanup as required.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification (Counterbalance/Reach).

• Minimum 4 years of forklift operation experience, preferably in a heavy equipment or industrial setting.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety and equipment handling protocols.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and teamwork mentality.
