Part-Time Construction Admin Support

We’re looking for a part-time Construction Administrative Assistant to support a major senior care facility construction project near Washington Square. The project is a three-story structure with an underground parking garage, and it's just one of many exciting builds our client is managing nationwide—including another in California!

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping keep communications flowing and documents organized for a well-established company that builds top-tier facilities across the country. This is a perfect opportunity if you have construction-related admin experience and are looking to step into a growing role that could become full-time as the project ramps up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide general administrative support for the project team and office
• Answer incoming calls from contractors, vendors, and project partners
• Enter project-related data into internal systems and tracking software (Procore experience is a big plus!)
• Print, copy, and distribute project documents as needed
• Assist with document control and tracking of construction-related paperwork
• Help manage project timelines, schedules, and submittals as directed
• Support the team as needed throughout all phases of the project—expect things to pick up as construction progresses!
