The Customer Solutions Representative reporting to the Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for taking inbound calls to answer patient’s question about their medical bills.

 

• Understanding of medical billing
• Previous experience in a customer focused role is required
• Solid understanding of medical insurance including deductibles, copay and coinsurance is required
• Previous experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health insurance is required
